Should you not be fully satisfied with your purchase, and wish to receive a refund, then you have the possibility to return the perfumes to us.

In taking up this special offer, you have agreed to the following terms and conditions:

1. Money-back guarantee must occur within 30 days from the purchase date.

2. Any (shipping) costs for the purchase or return will be incurred at the customer's expense. Carl & Claire will not refund any shipping costs.

3. No more than 3 items per person may be returned.

4. Any damaged as a result of external factors, e.g. due to bad handling by the customer, are not covered by this return policy.

5. Carl & Claire reserves the right to unilaterally amend, suspend, or terminate this policy, or, in the event of policy abuse, exclude customers from its application.
